CoHub

Private Office Space for Rent, by the Hour or Day

Renting office space for rent the traditional way means a lease, a bond, and a minimum term. CoHub works differently: hosts with a spare private office list it by the hour or day, and you book only the time you actually need — a client meeting, a focus day, or a few weeks between leases.

Is this the same as a shared office space or a serviced office?

Not quite. A shared office space (like a hot desk) puts you in open-plan space with others; a serviced office is usually a longer-term, fully-managed private suite from a dedicated operator. CoHub’s private offices sit in between — a closed room, booked hourly or daily, direct from a real local host.

What do I actually get for the price?

Each listing sets its own hourly or daily rate and lists what’s included — amenities like wifi, a screen, or a meeting table are shown per listing, not assumed. You see the real price and the real inclusions before you book, and you pay exactly what’s listed — CoHub’s 15% platform fee comes out of the host’s payout, never added on top of your price.

Can I trust that the space is real and available?

Every listing goes through an admin approval step before it’s visible to book, and your payment is only actually taken once the host confirms your request — not the moment you send it.
